Oh no. I think I really wanna do this. I've already picked a prompt (in my head) and since I've never written anything without a happy ending, I'm really tempted. What is it's awful???? DX.

ETA: Actually, I think I'm going to submit one story, but actually write 2-3 prompts. I'm such a fic whore. (>_<)

You'll be fine. There's a first for everything, even unhappy endings. That said, no one said that you couldn't have a happy (or at least hopeful) ending to a dark story.

Apparently they do! Hee! Happens to me all the time. I have holes nibbled in my brain by all those plot bunnies. They are currently cluttering up my writing yard making it difficult to concentrate on any single story. I have the beginnings written for at least half a dozen right now.

LOL, You are not alone! I picked 2 prompts to officially submit but when they do open submissions, I may just throw a few more in there ;-)

Yep! They said once the official fills were posted (of which we were limited to 2) then they'd open it up and we could do as many fills as we want :D

In their words:

"After the official fest period is over, we have an open amnesty in the comm for anyone who wants to write extras, or didn’t finish on time, so if you see more than two prompts you like, you’re very welcome to go ahead and write them, and you will get the chance to post them here – but for the fest itself, two is the maximum."
